Monitoring and alerting of critical services-failed services will automatically be restarted
Monitoring and alerting of event logs-event logs will be archived to our monitoring server
Monitoring and alerting of security logs-security logs will be archived to our monitoring server
Monitoring and logging of server performance counters to help make informed decisions on server hardware upgrades
Monitoring and alerting of low disk space on all logical server drives
Monitoring and alerting of failed local backups (NTBackup only)
Verify that all current Windows updates and service packs are installed each month
Approve all current updates (WSUS) for installation to local workstations
Keep network antivirus version up-to-date (with paid maintenance agreement)
Fix all minor issues that result in monitoring alerts being sent
Monitoring and alerting of server hardware changes
1 TB online backup-daily offsite backup of selected critical data

What The Service Does NOT Include:

Creating or removing user accounts on the network
Correcting server issues resulting from software or hardware installations/modifications made by someone other than Fike Consulting
Repairs required due to server hardware failure
Correction of issues resulting from lack of storage space on server hard drives
Installations and upgrades of third party programs such as accounting packages or other line of business applications
Workstation issues
Firewall / router / Internet issues (unless server based firewall)
Any issue requiring on-site visit
